WARNING Information derived from HDData is provided for informational and testing purposes only. F.G. Molenkamp shall not be held liable for any actions taken or not taken in reliance thereon. DISCLAIMER NOTICE/AGREEMENT This HDData Software is owned by B.E. F.G. Molenkamp. F.G. Molenkamp grants to the registered user a license to use the HDData Software, on one computer, solely for its internal personal purposes for as long as for the registration period is agreed on. F.G. Molenkamp grants to the nregistered user a license to use the HDData Software for a 5 days trial period. After these 5 days the User shall, or remove the HDData software from his or her computer, or buy an unlock code for HDData. The HDData software is protected by the copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized distribution the HDData software, sublicensing, reselling, or otherwise transferring for any consideration, or reproduction for any such purposes, or any modification or derivation thereof, either alone or in conjunction with any other product or program, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible according the law. The registered user Unlock code is not transferable to any other party. THIS HDDATA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO THE USER "AS IS". F.G. MOLENKAMP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS HDDATA SOFTWARE AND/OR ASSOCIATED MATERIALS PROVIDED TO THE USER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. F.G. MOLENKAMP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
